We help governments, health organizations, educational institutions, nonprofits, and mission-driven enterprises with strategy, public health and healthcare operations, program and project management, data analytics, workforce development, technology, and hands-on implementation.

What size engagements do you take?

From short advisory sprints and assessments (four to eight weeks) through multi-year program and implementation support. We routinely scope a small, senior first phase so you can validate fit before committing to a larger effort.

Do you work nationwide?

Yes. We operate remotely by default and travel on-site when the work requires presence — clinical settings, agency-embedded program support, facilitation, and go-live support.

Who will be on my engagement?

Senior practitioners. Every proposal names the roles and seniority you get, and we hold to it through delivery. We do not sell senior people and staff junior ones.

For advisory and assessment work, typically two to three weeks from signed scope. Staffing and surge support depends on credentialing requirements; we maintain a standing bench to shorten that.

We work under the client's data governance. Wherever possible we work with de-identified or aggregated data, use client-controlled systems and accounts, and execute a BAA or data-use agreement before any protected information is accessed.
