We only collect what you choose to give us through this site:

• Contact and lead forms: name, work email, organization, area of interest, and the message you write.
• Capability statement requests: name, work email, and organization.
• Career and bench submissions: name, email, phone, location, capability area, years of experience, clearance status if you provide it, LinkedIn URL, your message, and — only when you check the consent box — the résumé file you upload.
• Basic technical data: standard server and hosting logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and reliability.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account details, government identifiers, or protected health information through this website. Please do not submit them in a form field.

• Respond to your inquiry and scope potential work.
• Deliver the capability statement or materials you requested.
• Evaluate candidates and maintain our credentialed bench.
• Send occasional capability updates you can opt out of at any time.
• Maintain the security, integrity, and availability of the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Submissions are stored in our access-controlled cloud database and file storage, hosted in the United States. Résumé files are kept in a private storage bucket that is not publicly readable. Access is limited to Asherian personnel with a business need and is enforced by role-based access controls.

We rely on a small number of vendors to run this site and our operations, including our cloud hosting and database provider, our email provider, and our scheduling tool. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Lead and inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months after our last contact. Career submissions and résumés are retained for up to 24 months so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to remove them sooner. We delete or anonymize records after those periods unless a contract or law requires longer retention.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, withdraw your résumé consent, or unsubscribe from updates. Email info@asheriangroup.com with your request and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights; we honor those requests regardless of residency.

This site is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Information we handle while delivering services to a client is governed by that client's contract, data-use agreement, or business associate agreement — not by this policy. We work with de-identified or aggregated data wherever the work allows.
